Wings Reviewed: Hot Wings

Overview: So I was sitting down at noon to watch a football game that didn’t start until 5:30 PM. And then I saw a lot of commercials from KFC. They told me that I should get wings from a chicken place, not a burger place. So, I did. I don’t feel like I need to provide a lot of overview here… everyone knows what KFC is.

I liked the wings from McDonald’s, who may or may not be the burger place they were referring to in their commercials, and I figured if they were calling them out, they probably had a comparable product. KFC’s a chicken place, right?

I went to KFC, pulled through the drive through and ordered some chicken wings. I went home to eat them and… they weren’t as good as McDonald’s. Weren’t even as good as Hardee’s (is that a burger place or a chicken place?). They weren’t as crispy, not as tasty, and not even as spicy. They call them hot wings, but they just tasted like regular KFC chicken. Maybe they were a little spicier, but not much.

Maybe there was a buffalo sauce option or something that the drive-through people didn’t offer me? Whatever. Not here to waste my time writing too much about bad fast food. I like KFC. Get a famous bowl, and leave the chicken wings to the burger people… or anywhere else.
