It’s been over 3/4 of a year since the last review appeared on STL Wing Review, and that bums me out, so I’m starting back up again.
So, why’d I stop? While my passion for chicken wings remains unabated, the structure that I’d forced onto my reviews was bumming me out and made it feel like a chore to write each post. I believe in the Wing Map, I believe in lots of different and informative tags and links, and I believe in weird HTML formatting… but I’m not going to do that anymore.
Instead, I’m just going to write about wings however I want to. I’ll still try to talk about things that matter: how hot they are, how they taste, whether or not they are any good, how expensive it is and if the place in general is any good, but things are going to be less structured.
For now, I’m throwing out the Wing Map, the “Review Methodology” section of my About page and any tags that I find too burdensome. Chicken wings are the best food in the world, and I want to keep writing about them. Welcome to the new, lazier, identical looking STLWingReview.com 2.0. If you’re reading, I appreciate it.
